She specialises in real estate law, in particular in matters relating to real estate transactions, contracts for the sale, purchase, lease and rental of real estate, including for the purposes of investment in the RES industry. He conducts cases related to agricultural real estate, which focus on real estate audits and inspections, disposals and acquisitions, planning of investment projects on agricultural land, support in the procedure of obtaining approvals from the Director of the National Agricultural Support Centre and transformation of agricultural land in the investment and construction process. On a daily basis, he creates and reviews long-term land lease agreements for RES investments for both property owners and investors. Participates in negotiations and supports clients in the contracting process. Supports clients in the investment and construction process by creating and reviewing design work agreements, general contractor agreements and grid connection agreements.

Co-founder of a rapidly growing company operating in the field of energy storage and RES. A passionate advocate of modern technologies, who combines his love of ecology with extensive knowledge and experience. Together with his partner Michał Bielecki, whose shared passion and vision brought them together back in their school days, he has been running the business for 14 years and developing its scope of activities throughout Europe and North Africa. Kacper Łazowski is a Member of the Management Board of ALSEVA EPC Sp. z o.o. and an experienced director of the investment implementation department who has been working in the renewable energy industry for years. He has extensive experience in implementing large-scale photovoltaic farms, which is supported by numerous successes. In the Alseva group, he also serves as the Technical Director, actively focusing on improving the efficiency of the company's results and building its short- and long-term strategy.

For over twenty years, she has been dealing with legal issues related to real estate transactions, real estate commercialisation and the investment and construction process, including investments in the RES sector.

She has advised both companies and individual investors in real estate acquisition, sale, development and commercialisation transactions. She has assisted investors in real estate investment matters at every stage - from researching the legal status of a property and its acquisition, through the regulation of its legal status, the investment process, to its commercialisation and sale. Among the investors she has worked with so far, a large group were developers in the residential sector, as well as office and hotel facilities, including historic buildings, and investors in the RES sector.

For several years, she has been particularly involved in issues related to investments on agricultural land, including investments involving the preparation of a project to the 'ready to build' stage as well as the sale of finished PV farm projects and wind farms.

He also assists general contractors and subcontractors of construction works, architects, administrators, real estate agents as well as tenants or lessees of real estate both at the stage of creating contracts, negotiating their terms and conditions and their implementation.

I am a specialist in financing business development plans using non-refundable grants. I have 14 years of experience in analyzing investment and research and development projects. I support entrepreneurs in choosing the most effective way of financing. I have coordinated more than 500 projects at every stage of implementation: from concept building, obtaining funding, to final settlement. In my work I am fascinated by the diversity of industries, technologies and innovations I deal with on a daily basis and the greatest motivation is to see my clients' successfully completed projects. Graduate of the University of Silesia (Materials Science) and the University of Economics in Katowice (postgraduate MBA - Harzburg College Katowice). For almost 20 years he has been associated with the renewable energy sector (production of photovoltaic panels, cables and electric harnesses and servicing RES investments), and for over 30 years he has been associated with the professional energy sector (electricity generation and construction of conventional power plants) and industrial energy sector (production companies using electricity in technological processes). He is currently working at MP Solar Group sp.z.o.o. as Director of Research and Development and Training MP Solar Group sp.z.o.o. is a Polish company founded in 2014 and specialising in comprehensive customer service in the renewable energy industry. MP Solar Group sp. z o.o. is one of the leaders in the photovoltaic industry in Poland. At MP Solar, it is involved in the introduction of new technologies and products to the market, including the supervision of photovoltaic power plant construction projects. Currently, in addition to his activities at MP Solar, he also works at Zinplast sp. z o.o., where he is a process optimisation consultant and was previously production director for three years. Zinplast sp. z o.o. is a Polish company that manufactures plastic products for the construction and installation industry. At the company, he has implemented process optimisation activities and optimised business costs, including the cost of electricity (he contracted electricity purchases equivalent to the consumption of 5 GWh per year). He has introduced a number of improvements resulting in a decrease in energy consumption (purchase of new machinery, introduction of systems for monitoring electricity consumption, management system for space heating installations) and prepared the assumptions for the construction of an internal photovoltaic installation. Since 2021, he has been a founding member of the Polish Association for Photovoltaic Development.

I see growing Polish and international business interest in Ukrainian RES projects to be developed or built from scratch closer to the end of the war and in the post-war period. Given that I am currently living in Warsaw and have the opportunity to participate in events organized in Poland, I would like to provide Polish entrepreneurs with information about the relevant opportunities in Ukraine and the regulatory framework that facilitates business operations in the country.
